2. Vehicle Use

• Not be used for racing, towing, or unauthorized commercial activities

Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

3. Rental Period & Returns

• Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time

• Late returns may result in additional charges

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as provided, excluding normal wear and tear

Failure to return the vehicle may result in legal action.

4. Payments & Fees

• Rental fees are calculated based on the selected rental period

• Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, excessive cleaning, or violations

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice

Payment must be made using an approved payment method.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking type

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms provided at booking

• No-shows may result in partial or full charges

6. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

The renter is responsible for:

• Inspecting the vehicle at pickup

• Reporting any existing damage before use

• Returning the vehicle in clean and reasonable condition

7. Accidents & Breakdowns

In the event of an accident, theft, or breakdown:

• Notify Mogul Rentals immediately

• File a police report where required

• Do not authorize repairs without approval

Failure to report incidents promptly may result in liability for damages.

8. Insurance & Liability

Insurance coverage, if provided, will be outlined in the rental agreement. Mogul Rentals is not responsible for:

• Personal belongings left in the vehicle

• Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt website functionality

• Use content for unlawful purposes

• Copy or distribute content without permission
